From the moment I stepped in and met Basit at the Check-in I knew this is going to be a distinguished stay - he leally went out of his way, and way beyond my expectations, to help and welcome us. My wife, my two daughters (6Yo and 4Yo), and I were really treated #LikeACaesar. Everything about this hotel is top class - the swimming pool clean and heated, beach access, kids club, events and activities for kids, clean rooms and comfy beds, nice restaurants and variety of food at the buffet - you can even order other things and they make it for you at your request! Thank you Angelica, Soe, Teana and all the staff - you truly gave a memorable holiday and lived up to the #LikeACaesar slogan :)

Staff were amazing, the decor was lovely, everything was perfect and it's my favourite hotel Ive ever stayed at. The staff outside the hotel were amazing, all absolutely amazing, Mr DXB, our short guy from Kenya that would celebrate us every day with warmth and joy. Thank you guys so much you made our holiday amazing! And you were all great getting the G wagon and Ferarri ready for us, we cannot thank. you enough. Room service staff and hotel service were also amazing.

Room which I booked was nice , reception told me he give me upgrade but I find out the room he gave me was swimming pool view and my original booking was full sea view so I asked my room , so no upgrade no welcome later room was ready for another customer and I really was disappointed
